Deidra Ripsom has been a licensed full-time real estate broker since 2010 and is the Owner and Principal Broker of Homestead Co., a boutique real estate brokerage she founded in the heart of downtown Joseph, Oregon, in May 2024.

As a top-performing real estate professional, Deidra has built her career on exceptional communication, strong client relationships and unwavering dedication to customer service. An Oregon native, she and her family were drawn to Wallowa County by its unparalleled beauty, outdoor recreation and quality of life. Having relocated from Southern Oregon in 2021, Deidra brings a unique perspective and extensive industry experience to the local market. She is the only real estate broker in Wallowa County with substantial real estate experience gained outside the region, providing clients with a broader market perspective and diverse expertise.

Throughout her career, Deidra has earned numerous industry accolades, including the prestigious President's Elite and President's Gold Performance Awards in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. Before launching her real estate career, Deidra attended Oregon State University and Southern Oregon University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Research Psychology.
